PAYS posts with the field
When a club publishes its official entry list, the House Read prices every boat in the class and posts the PAYS multipliers before the first start. No field, no prices — the house never invents a number.
Scored on official results
Settlements pay on official finishing positions from the clubs' published results — recorded as published, and shown on the record.
Picks lock at the first start
Stake Newport Points per class, per regatta. When the first race of the day starts, picks on that class lock.

1 · Create your account
Sign up with your email below. One account is your seat at the table — it plays both leagues, the Harbor and the Paddock.
2 · Take a league subscription
Monthly or yearly — one subscription covers both leagues. Founders price — $4.99/month or $39.99/year, locked for founding members while their membership stays active.
3 · Receive 1,000 Newport Points
On the 1st of each month your balance is allotted 1,000 Newport Points — the currency both leagues play for.
4 · Read the House Read
The house's priced form, posted in the open: when a club publishes its entry list, the House Read prices the class and posts every PAYS multiplier before the first start.
5 · Pick and stake
Pick a class winner or a podium finish and stake your NP before the first start. When the first race of the day starts, picks on that class lock.
6 · Settle at PAYS
A correct pick returns stake × PAYS on the official published results; a miss loses the stake. Nothing settles on anything but the clubs' posted finishes.
7 · Climb the leaderboards
Every settlement lands on the player and team boards — ranked by Newport Points, with wins and losses on the record.
