Founded 1922 at 1801 Bayside Drive, at the harbor entrance. Racing fleets, a Catalina outstation, and the Thursday-night crowd — Newport yachting at its oldest guard.

Why the house keeps it

We keep Balboa at the head of the list because the harbor starts here — the racing fleets, the Thursday nights, the outstation across the channel in Catalina. When the house wants Newport yachting the way it has always been done, we start at the harbor entrance.
